Berkshire Trading Co. creates unique, high-quality apparel that celebrates the adventure of summer camp. We design products that are as fun and memorable as the camp experience itself.

Our mission is simple: to make apparel that camp staff loves to wear, all 12 months of the year!

How it all started...

We were fed up with the same old boring camp swag for staff! We wanted to wear our camp apparel for 12 months of the year, not just the 2 months of summer.

So we got to work, creating our own designs and testing out materials. We thought outside the box, trying to instill the spirit of summer camp into our designs.

The hard work paid off and we created a brand that caught the eye of the camping community.

We now partner with camps to offer a fresh new take on apparel that helps their staff rep their camp all year long!

Meet Sarah and Chris Ternouth, the husband-and-wife team behind Berkshire Trading Co.!

Sarah grew up spending her summers at Romaca, an all girls camp located in the Berkshires. Those unforgettable summers fuel her daily passion for camp and working with children. She later joined Camp Taconic as part of their senior leadership team during the summer and works as a learning specialist during the year.

Chris, originally from the UK, started working at camp during his summers at college and hasn't missed a summer since. He currently works full time as one of the Director's at Camp Taconic, also located in the Berkshires.

Sarah and Chris live and breath the fun and spirit of summer camp. They have created a brand that is as exciting and memorable as the camp experience itself!
